What is meant by a single journal license ?
Single journal license means that you can use our product on your journals (maximum 1 journal) that published by your institution. In short, every purchase of 1 theme license can only be used for 1 journal. So, for example, if you want to use our theme for 3 journals that you own, then you need to buy 3 different licenses.
About bundling plugins product ?
All bundling plugin products in the complete package cannot be resold and are not allowed to be used in other journals.
Can bonuses be converted into money or discounts ?
The bonuses in theme package, whether in form of free hosting or free plugins, cannot be converted into money and also cannot be converted into discounts.
Does this theme purchase include installation ?
Yes , We provide installation but implementation on all component should be done by client (theme only package ). The documentation explained in step by step to implement all the features of the theme. If you want to use more our services to implement additional services including the design for your header and make your journal more secure and faster, you can choose the complete package .
What if there are essential features* that is not available in the theme?

Yes of course you can. 1-year support and update term means that we would give you 1 year of support and any update from our developer team. But you can use the theme forever. If you want to continue the support, If you extend support and theme updates for maximum in the second year, you will get a 35% discount from the initial theme package price. But if you update the product more than two years after use, you will get a 20% discount. Your support on our team would help us to improve any product that we had released. It also to maintain the compatibility of any new releases of OJS from PKP.
How much if I need to pay on the second year to extend the support ?
Please remember that, the theme that you have purchased can be used forever without the need to pay for yearly payment or subscription. However if you need to extend the support in term get the updated version of the theme maximum in the second year, you will get a 35% discount from the theme first package price. But if you update the product more than two years from the time of use, you will get a 20% discount. This support cost to ensure our team can give you more quality product and better services.
What is support mean and How can I get support ?
We would give support which is related to the installation and the implementation of the features of the theme. The support does not include custom customization of the theme. We provide support priority by using email or Whatsapp. We may need your server or OJS credential if we need to handle your problem directly.
We only providing support for the theme or its feature that is built by our team (not included the free plugins provided by us). Any third party plugins that is included in the theme such as JATS Parser plugin is outside of our support scope. You can request any bug fix to the original developer. This is included as the bug in the OJS itself or asking support on the use of OJS platform.
What if I encounter a bug in plugin such as JATS Parser Plugin, while using your theme?
The support or guarantee that we provide is limited to the themes or features that have been developed by us (excluding free themes/plugins). We do not provide support for third party plugins that included in the theme, for example JATS Parser Plugin. So if you find a bug, error or other problems with a third party plugin, you can contact the relevant developer of the plugin.
