Our employees may telework for up to 8 days in a biweekly pay period, working at their Official Duty Station at least 2 days per biweekly pay period.

Many of our employees can take advantage of a variety of flexible work schedules, adjusting their daily and/or weekly schedules to suit their needs.
For example, many of our employees can have variable start and end times and vary the hours worked per day to equal 80 hours in a biweekly pay period.
Employees can access a variety of resources to help address personal and work-related issues, including financial management services, conflict resolution services, and counseling.
Some of our office locations have fitness centers and health centers.
Employees who give birth or adopt or foster a child are entitled to 12-weeks of paid parental leave to use within 12 months. Some of our office locations have on-site childcare services.
Employees are entitled to reasonable accommodations to help employees with qualifying disabilities to successfully perform duties of their job. Reasonable Accommodations can include office equipment, telework, remote work, or possibly other accommodations.
