NMFTA retains all rights, title, and interest therein. No part of the SCAC database may be reproduced or utilized in any form or by any means, electronic or mechanical, including photocopying, recording or by any information storage and retrieval systems, without written permission from NMFTA, except that any purchaser may use its assigned SCAC both internally and as required by outside parties for identification purposes.
The SCAC database and elements may not otherwise be made accessible in any form to any outside parties without express written permission in the form of a license from NMFTA.
