When you think of Italy, there’s a good chance that the first thing to come to mind is Italian food. While Italian food will always be rooted in the cultural experience of fellowship and camaraderie that the country is so well known for, Italian food is now a major attraction for the country’s visitors. We think you should experience Italy with us, and the nice part about this trip is that it doesn’t require a passport. Emma is happy to bring Italy to your door with Emma in Cucina! We’ll walk you through each step to make, knead, and roll a rustic fresh pasta dough, fold ravioli, and make a Cacio e Pepe with black truffle sauce from start to finish!

Aside from basic cookware, the Emma in Cucina kit includes all of your ravioli and cocktail ingredients serving two people:
