In 2025, the FIA World Rally Championship (WRC) will traverse the diverse stages of the world. With 14 rounds spanning four continents, and including three new locations, there is no better time to tune into the excitement of the topflight rally category.

What’s new?
The three new additions to 2025 will be Rally Islas Canarias, Rally del Paraguay and Rally Saudi Arabia – rounds four, 10 and 14 of the season.

Rally Islas Canarias is a thrilling European challenge – bringing the WRC back to the rally superfans of Spain for the first time since 2022. Having been a staple of the European Rally Championship for many years, this event will be the first of three pure tarmac rounds in 2025, held in the final weekend of April.

Rally del Paraguay will be the first of two South American rounds, preceding Rally Chile by two weeks. The rally-mad country will host its first-ever WRC event following notable success in its national rally championship, making it the 38th country to host a WRC round in the series’ illustrious history.

With motorsport rapidly growing in popularity in the Middle East – and desert rallying one of the world’s most exciting spectacles – Saudi Arabia was an obvious addition to the WRC calendar. Fans can expect high-octane, tense rallying as the 2025 season concludes with this unique event.
