A global IT company is seeking an Associate Director for the Software Solutions Division.Responsibilities:
* Lead regional business initiatives across private markets
* Qualify prospects through networking, internal resources, and outreach
* Build and manage a sustainable pipeline of opportunities
* Align sales processes with prospect buying behavior
* Engage stakeholders to present solutions and demonstrate value
* Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to address prospect needs
Requirements:
* 8-10 years of experience in sales
* Experience in software solutions sales is preferred
* Prior experience with portfolio management software (eFront, Burgiss, etc.) is a plus
* Proven experience with Salesforce as a CRM is desired
* Possess a network of Investment Managers and PE contacts is ideal
* Native level Japanese
