仕事内容: This position has responsibility to lead the regional forecasting (IBP) cycle and oversee the forecasting process from strategy to execution for assigned portfolio. As a member of a highly collaborative global, cross-functional team, will work to develop and implement focused supply chain strategies which support business growth and profitability objectives, including customer satisfaction and product cost management. Advance and implement
strategies throughout each stage of the product lifecycle, including new product launch planning and execution, inventory and obsolescence management, product rationalization, and performance monitoring through close collaboration with distribution requirement planner (supply planner). Organize and facilitate monthly Tactical Demand Review as well as Regional Demand Review and assess any variations within demand and supply and proactively manage alignment and communication flows.

応募資格

必須: • Strong passion for challenging new things, personal development, and improvement.
• 2+ years of experience with demand planning or supply chain planning.
• Can-do attitude & problem-solving ability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Intermediate in Japanese.
• Intermediate user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Access and Power Point).
• Experience using SAP or other ERP systems, BY or other ESP systems are preferred.
• Baccalaureate degree.
