Reviews
“The book presents an innovative view on corporate governance built around three constructs: (i) the governance of companies; (ii) the key actors; and (iii) the control systems. It provides also a wide perspective on the topic, that includes both the analysis of its evolution over time and of the major differences across countries. As a result, this textbook represents a useful resource for all students interested in understanding corporate governance from a business and management perspective.” (Alessandro Zattoni, Full Professor of Strategy and Corporate Governance, Luiss Guido Carli University, Italy, and President of the European Academy of Management)
