Simona Nagyova joined Knight Foundation in June 2022. She is the executive assistant for the arts program.

Nagyova has over 15 years of experience in business operations, managing projects, supervising customer service teams and supporting C-level executives.

Before Knight, Nagyova worked for the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine as executive assistant to the Biochemistry & Molecular Biology Department Chair. Prior to that, she performed administrative and management duties at private investment and e-commerce firms.

Nagyova was born and raised in Slovakia and worked in multiple European countries before moving to Miami in 2012. She graduated with a master’s of business administration degree from Staffordshire University in Birmingham (UK).
