What is the imagineGo App?

The imagineGo App is our mobile application that allows users to manage their imagine services easily on the go.

What are the features of the imagineGo app?

You can:

– View and manage mobile and broadband services at a glance.

– Purchase add-ons and/or boosters.

– Purchase Prepaid credit top-ups.

– Make bill payments.

– Upgrade your plan.

– View your current plan, view call, data & SMS usage.

– Locate imagine Centres near you.

Where can I download the imagineGo app?

The imagineGo App will be available on Google Play Store for Android users on 25th September 2024. For Apple users, the new app will be available soon, so do check our social media for the latest news and updates.

Can I still use the old imagineGo App?

No, after 24th of September 2024, the old app will become inaccessible. You are advised to install the new app to manage your imagine accounts.

How do I sign up for an imagineGo app account?

1. Open the imagineGo app.

2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address on the log-in screen.

3. Click ‘Login’ once you receive the OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS/Email.

4. Enter the OTP received and click ‘Verify’ to login successfully.

Note: Applicable to imagine customers with/without existing imagineGo App account.

How do I log in to the new imagineGo App, if I am a non-imagine customer?

1. Open the imagineGo app.

2. Enter your registered mobile number or email address on the log-in screen.

3. Click ‘Login’ once you receive the OTP (One-Time Password) via SMS/Email

4. Enter the OTP received and click ‘Verify’

5. Follow the onscreen instructions and enter your details in the registration page.

6. Click ‘Register’ once completed.

I did not receive a One-Time Password. What should I do?

1. If you still have not received the OTP five minutes after your first request, please try again after 10 minutes by clicking ‘Resend’.

2. If you still haven’t received your OTP, Talk2Us at 111 for further assistance.

I just bundled my broadband and postpaid services. Will I be able to view my services under my bundle account in the imagineGo app?

If you have recently bundled your Dream Broadband and Wish Postpaid service together, you can log in using mobile number registered to your Dream Bundle account.

Where can I view my current plan on the imagineGo App?

You can view your current plan on the imagineGo App home screen. You can also click on the orange imagine button on the bottom centre of the to view ‘My Plans’.

Where can I buy boosters/add-ons for my Dream Broadband or Wish Postpaid?

There are a few ways to buy boosters/add-ons:

On the home screen, click on the orange imagine button to view ‘My Plans’. Click ‘Add Booster’ and select your desired booster/add-on.

Select the menu on the top left of the home screen and click on ‘My Plans & Add-ons’. Scroll down and click ‘Add Booster’ and select your desired booster.

Where can I buy top-ups/boosters for my Wish Prepaid?

On the home screen, click ‘Add ons’

Choose the top-up/booster value you want and follow the on-screen instructions

Where can I view my active boosters or add-ons?

Click on the orange imagine button on the home screen to go to the ‘My Plan’ screen and scroll down to view your active boosters.

Where can I pay my bills?

To make payment for your Dream Broadband or Wish Postpaid Mobile services:

On the home screen, click ‘Pay Bill’ and follow the on-screen instructions

How do I view or download my bill via the new app?

Currently, you may only make bill payments via the app. The viewing and downloading your bills feature will be available soon. So do check our social media for the latest news and updates.

Where can I view my overall usage?

You can view your usage on the home screen of the imagineGo App.

Alternatively, you can click on the orange imagine button on the home screen to view ‘My Plans’ and your usage.

I forgot my registered email address or mobile number. How can I retrieve it?

For assistance, Talk2Us at 111 or visit any of our imagine Centres. Once we’ve verified your details, your registered email/mobile number will be shared with you.

How do I locate an imagine Centre near me?

From the home screen, scroll down and click on the Store Locator widget. Select your desired imagine Centre and click on ‘View map’.

I can’t seem to view the ‘Nearest Store’ feature on my app.

You must grant permission from your device/phone settings to the imagineGo app to access location services for the feature to be accessible.

Can a non-imagine customer access the app?

Yes, a non-imagine customer may access the app, however they will have limited access to the app’s feature. Once logged in into the app, a non-imagine customer will only be able to view the plans available and submit queries.
