1. Who is eligible to participate?

Open to students, professionals, and innovators passionate about sustainable development and innovation.

2. What can be the strength of each team?

Teams can have 1 to 4 members.

3. Is it compulsory to have a mentor?

Yes, teams must register with a chosen mentor.

4. Can the project idea deviate from the theme?

While alignment with the theme is encouraged, projects with significant impact potential are welcome.

5. What are the submission guidelines?

Submissions must follow the IEEE YESIST12 branding template.

6. Can abstracts be revised post-submission?

Yes, revisions are allowed before the submission deadline.

7.How are projects evaluated?

Projects are judged based on creativity, relevance to SDGs, scalability, and deliverability.
