Mpoto Mpoto abinci ne na ƙasar Ghana wanda kuma ake yi da koko ko doya. An kuma san shi da Yam Pottage da Asaro daga 'yan Najeriya.[1][2][3][4] Ana yin ta ne daga abubuwa da dama da suka hada da kifi da albasa.[5][6]
