  1. Purchased tickets is valid only specification service that are described in the ticket.
  2. If you have past the starting time specified, purchased tickets will be invalid. It is not possible to refund and change.
  3. If you cancel the ticket, please be done within 30 minutes before the departure time of the departure land designated by using this site. (You cannot cancel the ticket after 30 minutes or more.) Please use the “@BUS DE” link below to cancel your bookings yourself.
    For return bookings:
    If you have a return booking, please cancel at least 30 minutes before the departure time from the point of origin of the outward service.

  4. You cannot change your ticket. Please reserve the ticket again after you cancel the original ticket.
  5. If you refund to cancel the ticket, the prescribed fee is required. It will take 2-3 months to process your refund.
  6. If you have lost your ticket, again, please purchase a ticket. In that case, please receive a double proof of purchase. If the ticket you have lost is found, please refund at the counter with double proof of purchase. The time limit for refunds is within one (1) month from the date of ticket repurchase.

  10. You must have always tickets during the ride. Since tickets will be sent by e-mail, please check your settings so that you can receive and input the correct e-mail address. (If the mail does not receive, please enter a different it.)
