When someone selects one of these websites the following error message appears:

Ideally we would only show websites having at least admin permission. This would be especially useful when selecting "All Websites". When giving someone all websites we grey out everything apart from the dialog and the website selector to let users see to which websites they are giving someone access. It is misleading to see the websites having only view access there.
