NOT operator wrong with topology filters #539

The NOT filter is wrong when used with topology filters like degree range for instance.

Way to reproduce:

Open Les Miserables sample graph
Create a NOT operator
Drag a Degree Range as sub-filter
Enable filtering

The graph should be empty as all nodes should match the degree range filter. It's not.
