FIDO’s Deployment Working Groups are tasked with identifying common requirements and best practices for deploying FIDO authentication to billions of end users around the world. - Support global regulatory engagement. FIDO Alliance recognizes the critical role that global governments and regulators play in enabling widespread deployment of passkeys – both in private and public sectors. In addition to the Alliance’s Government Deployment Working Group, FIDO maintains an active policy engagement activity. Members can take part in this to understand how FIDO’s protocols fit into the evolving regulatory landscape and also to engage directly with key regulatory bodies around the world.
