Taxes In some countries, you will need to pay import fees for customs and consumption taxes. Unfortunately we can't be responsible to any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws, and those are your responsibility to pay.

The estimated delivery date is usually 7 to 15 days after the payment is confirmed, which is the number of days it takes for the product to be shipped from the factory overseas + inspection + delivery, but there may be unexpected delays due to circumstances on the manufacturer's side or customs procedures. Please understand in advance.Every year there is a major holiday for shipping companies somewhere in late January or February. Delivery may take longer.

Order cancellation for customer's convenience
We will place an order with our overseas warehouse as soon as your order is confirmed. 
It is not possible to cancel an order after it has been shipped from the overseas warehouse, so cancellation by the customer is limited to 24 hours.

The process of shipping products from our company to the customer



(1) Complete your order and payment.
(2) Request shipment to the overseas manufacturer's warehouse.
(3) After the overseas representative completes the inspection, we will ship the product worldwide.
(4) Delivered by the shipping company in your country.
(5) Delivery is completed.


In the event that a product is returned to us due to incomplete entry of customer information, unidentified address, miscommunication, etc., or in the event that we are unable to receive the product due to absence, etc., we will send the product back to the customer with cash on delivery. The product will be held for 30 days from the date it is sent back to us. Please note that we are not responsible for any problems caused by incorrectly entered customer information. Please understand.

For refunds after the storage period, we will charge a damage fee (40% of the product price) to cover the cost of packing materials and cancellation fees.

We will not ship or reship products after the storage period has expired.

If the product is returned without notice, we will not be able to resend or refund.
