Today I had Dolsot bibimbap and Miho had Bibimbap. “Dolsot” means stone pot. This dish is served in a hot stone bowl. They mix a raw egg, rice, meat and vegetables in the hot pot and it become hot and the rice touching the bowl become crispy and brown, Okoge. I love both type of bibimbap with hot paste Gochujan.

Gheimeh Sabzi is the famous Persian green harb stew with a mix of fresh vegitable sauteed (parsley, cliantro, leek, fenugreek leaves and more), red kidney beans and chunks of roasted meat. I ate this dish.
Gheimeh (Qeymeh) is yellow split pea stew. It is one of the most famous Persian stews which made by cubed meat (lamb, veal or beef), yellow split peas, onion and dried lime. And it would be served with Persian rice. I think basmati rice is best for Persian rice. Miho ate this dish.
