Sony announced they will provide NDI video device connection as a standard feature free of charge for NDI-compatible remote camera systems.
NDI will be available on all NDI-enabled models, including future and sold products, through firmware upgrades or the application of a free NDI license.
The models that can use NDI free of charge are as follows.

- Cinema Line Cameras ILME-FR7 and ILME-FR7K
- PTZ auto-framing cameras “SRG-A40” and “SRG-A12”
- Swivel type 4K color video camera “BRC-X400”
- Swivel HD color camcorders “SRG-X400” and “SRG-X120”
- Remote Camera SRG-XB25 and SRG-XP1
Support for firmware upgrades for each model
- PTZ auto-framing camera “BRC-AM7” (scheduled to go on sale in November 2024)
NDI is available free of charge from the start of sales - Cinema Line Cameras “ILME-FR7” and “ILME-FR7K” Ver

can be used by applying a free NDI license. The free license will be available from Tuesday, November 19, 2024

For those who need an NDI license before the release of the new versions of ILME-FR7, ILME-FR7K, SRG-A40, and SRG-A12, the NDI license will be provided free of charge from Tuesday, November 19, 2024.
