The CP+2023 Organizing Committee will hold CP+2023 for four days from February 23rd to 26th, 2023, in a hybrid format that includes an on-site event at Pacifico Yokohama and an online event on the official website. It will be held offline for the first time in four years, and will be open from 10:00 to 18:00 and will be open until 17:00 on the final day. General visitors will start at 12:00 on February 23rd, as press and VIP invitees are only allowed to enter at 10AM.
According to the CP+2022 event questionnaire, which was held online only, more than 80% of the respondents said that the event should be held in a hybrid system, and the venue was operated with maximum consideration for safety and security as a measure to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Online registration is required to attend the event in-person, but admission is free, as is the online exhibition. Visitor registration started from 14:00 on January 19, 2023.
