間接相続の英語

(1) 特許庁の各職員及び従業者は，その任期中及びその任期終了後1年間は，ニュージーランドにおいて特許を出願することができず，又は遺言相続若しくは無遺言相続の場合を除き，ニュージーランドにおいて付与され若しくは付与されることとなる何れの特許についても，直接的であるか又は間接的であるかを問わず，何らの権利又は権益も取得することができないものとする。例文帳に追加

(2) The employees of the Patent Office, while they are working at the Patent Office, as well as a year after the employment relations thereof with the Patent Office were terminated, do not have the right to file a patent application, as well as to obtain the patent directly or indirectly, except for an inheritance, which has been granted or shall be granted by the Patent Office, or also to obtain any of the rights resulting from the patent.
