６　第二項から前項までの規定は、第一項に規定する有価証券の募集又は売出しに際してその全部を取得させることができなかつた場合におけるその残部（第二十四条第一項第一号及び第二号に掲げるものに該当するものを除く。）を、当該募集又は売出しに係る第四条第一項又は第二項の規定による届出がその効力を生じた日から三月（第十条第一項又は第十一条第一項の規定による停止命令があつた場合には、当該停止命令があつた日からその解除があつた日までの期間は、算入しない。）を経過する日までの間において、募集又は売出しによらないで取得させ、又は売り付ける場合について準用する。例文帳に追加
