Abstract
In this study, Certificate is widely used for internet payment service. However, it has many problems such as renewal, speed and compatibility among certificates. The aim of this study is to overcome existing certificate system’s weaknesses and to develop a BlockChain eco-system using a recent BlockChain technology in order to determine suitability compared with existing distribution ledger which many participants have. In doing so, it helps to overcome user certification in securities companies, financial institutions and exchanges and to help to decide future technical introduction.
