Abstract
For small and medium-size enterprises cloud computing (CC) delivers ICT resources flexibly, depending on required needs. Analysis of data from the Baltic Sea Region countries indicates that the prevalence of the CC model can contribute to higher economic growth. At the same time SMEs are asking many questions whose answers we do not know so far, but in the near future we will have to answer them.
