Abstract

Effective collaboration and communication are important contributing factors to achieve success in agile software development projects. The significance of workplace environment and tools are immense in effective commun-ication, collaboration and coordination between people performing software development. In this paper, we have illustrated how workplace environment, collaboration, improved communication, and coordination facilitated towards excellent productivity in a small-scale software development organization.
