Abstract

In modern work environment, “Technologies of Computation and Networks” (CNT) and “Information and Communication Technology” (ICT) have changed the way we access and produce information thereby creating the need for professionals with ICT skills. However, there is critical mass of people aged between 25 and 29 who are unemployed and only use boot camps to acquire these skills. This mode of study often requires external help to allow students reach their goal. To overcome this limitation, this article shows a dashboard with different metrics to monitor user’s activity and the student can take decisions during the course. It also creates a self-regulating culture based on data to allow success in the course and facilitate student’s incorporation into the job market.
