Abstract
Knowledge management has become a strategic and vital issue for many companies in order to respond to an economic, technical and informational environment which evolves dynamically. The knowledge loss risk has led companies to look for a way to capitalize them for later reuse. The goal of knowledge capitalization, in an organization, is to favor the growth, transmission and conservation of knowledge in that organization. The construction of corporate memories, with a view to preservation and sharing, has become enough current practice. In this paper, we are interested in the capitalization of corporate knowledge using the REX (Return of EXperience) method. The objective of this method is to capitalize the knowledge that must be strategic and to favor the feedback of experience. The obtained results, based on a real medical case study, show that the method we have applied is promising in the field of knowledge capitalization.
