Abstract
In this paper, we propose an automatic scenario generation method which is based on funny dialogue. The scenario is for visitors who come to the tourist destination and the two robots present a funny dialogue based on our generated scenario. We call these robots “Omotenashi-robots”. Specifically, we propose a method of automatically generate funny dialogue based scenario for the Omotenashi Robot using the place name given by the visitor. In this scenario, we generate three types of funny dialogue components which are area-related information component, place name misunderstanding component and land classification component. Area-related information component and place name misunderstanding component are based on the place names and their area-related information. Land classification component is based on general geographical information. Our generated scenario is kinds of a personalized scenario for a user based on the geographical information of the user’s input place name.
