Abstract

This paper present the SEQUIN approach to the problem of providing end to end QoS services in the European framework of the GÉANT, the European 10Gb/s network backbone, which connects more than 30 National Research and Education Networks (NREN). A multidomain Premium IP service, based on the EF PHB, has been specified and implemented for that environment. Its architecture is summarised here and early experimental results are reported.
