What am I signing up for?

The chance to participate in a session to give your honest feedback on government websites. Most of our studies are conducted online — all you need is a computer or smartphone with internet access. Some studies are conducted face-to-face at locations near you. The studies typically last one hour or less. If you participate in a session, you’ll be compensated. Compensation amounts may vary, but are typically $75 per hour and paid via Visa gift card.

What do I need to participate?

• To be 18 years or older

Protecting your personal information

By registering with us, you’re giving us consent to contact you. You can learn more about how we’ll protect your information in our Privacy act statement for design research and our Privacy and security policies at USA.gov.

Information you provide will be stored securely and be made unidentifiable. If you participate in a feedback session, you may be asked to provide your legal name and contact info to our gift card service, Giftbit, to issue your gift card. This data is only held temporarily and is separate from any information you provide in this form or during a feedback session.
