The public（S） demands（V） that（O） that節の中身 a president（s） be（v） above politics（c） while forgetting that（m） that節の中身 (to be elected)（m） an individual（s） must be（v） (above all)（m） a politician（c） above politics→be動詞の補語 to be elected→目的をあらわす副詞句 このあたりだポイント？
