No. I don't think that the next president of the United States, Trump, has made any promises in his administration to completely ban EVs made by American automakers such as Ford Motor Company, General Motors Company, FCA (Chrysler Company), and Tesla Motors Company (which once had a capital relationship with Toyota).
Although subsidies may be discontinued, I think that high-quality American-made EVs, which do not emit CO2 when driving and are less stressful to drive, will gradually become widespread among the American people in relatively wealthy major cities in the western and eastern United States.

いいえ。アメリカ次期大統領のトランプ氏は今までの所フォード・モーター社やゼネラルモーターズ(GM)社、FCA(クライスラー)社それに以前はトヨタと資本関係があったテスラ社など米自動車メーカー製のEVを全面禁止する政権公約を掲げていないと思います。
尤も、補助金は中止となるのかも知れませんが、米西部や東部の大都市部では走行時にCO2を排出せず、走行時のストレスも少ない、上質な米国製EVが比較的裕福な米国民の間で段階的に普及してゆくのだろうと思います。
