Is there a way to send the after webinar email sooner than 1 day after the webinar ends? We would like the Email with the survey to go out an hour after the webinar ends and I only see the options for 1 day- 7 days. We dont want the browser only as we fear people will click away from it before reading that there is a survey there.

I have a paid account. I used it for 4 months (I have paid it for 1 year). But now it is showing basic. How can it be resolved? I think I accidentally clicked taking advanced plan (which popped up), but never paid for it nor used it. It was showing me warning message, but I ignored it.

When I type muy tax number it says this number is not valid but IT IS.
What can I do ?
Hello there, I'm experiencing issues on the Zoom app for quite a while now: whenever I'm in a meeting, the application freezes after a while and ultimately goes unresponsive and have to kill the task. Restarting makes it work flawlessly again until it decides to go unresponsive again. The time frames seems to be completely random, sometimes it freezes after 3 minutes, sometimes it endures 30 minutes without issues. What I have tried so far: - Updating all drivers - Turn of hardware acceleration - Running in admin mode See below for the crashrpt.xml that contains all of my relevant specs (even though it shows Win 10 in there, but I'm using Win 11 Home, build 26100):
- A complete reinstall (including deleting all temporary or cached files)

Hi everyone, I noticed that Zoom is not uploading the invoices to our national Finance System (ANAF), in the SPV portal. This is something we cannot do ourselves, the company that emits the invoice needs to do it, starting with 2024. This is impacting my deductibles and by bottom line, so my tax percentage. Fellow Romanians, has this happened for you too? How did you solve it? Other users, can you help me find an email address that works or a way to talk to an actual person from Zoom? The Chatbot is useless here. Thank you, Stefana

When i am in a Zoom meeting my wireless mouse behaves erratically.
Windows 10
I have uninstalled and re-installed Zeeom
I have replaced the batteries in the Mouse
Any other suggestions?
Thanks in advance
I have an issue on our work Zoom account where a meeting description will NOT disappear for all our meetings. When a meeting is set up we put in a title and schedule. When it comes to the event and the participants are in the waiting room - on joining an incorrect title always shows which we can not find anyway in our settings to remove. The title we create then sits as a subtitle. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

Hi. I am currently trialing the Zoom Phone solution. I have many little stores with 3-12 phones. Today, most have some kinds of very old PBX. Our phone vendor setup logic on these PBX's that a user could open a line and dial *72. This *72 dial would prompt the user for a phone number to call forward too. Users could dial *73 to take the call forward off the line. In Zoom, I have set business hours and I setup an external contact to our after-hours service. If a store closes at 5, the system automatically starts sending calls to the after hours service at 5:01. My "users" are not computer people. We use a PC with a green screen emulator to access our AS/400 database. We don't want to rely on training a user to access zoom via a web browser and and setting up call forwarding. We need the ability to call forward manually for a viarity of reasons. Think of a snow storm. If we close early, we would want to forward the phones. We had a store all catch covid and had to shut down for a few days. etc. In the site I am trialing now, I am using a Yealink T42S phone right now. Can anyone suggest a way to manually setup call forwarding using a desk phone only? Thank you. Keith Budurka McCarthy Tire

I have been unable to assign cohosts during a meeting since the latest update. How can I make this happen?
Is anyone else having constant trouble with the app badge icons in the Zoom app for iOS? Previously I was having weird issues where me sending another user a chat via my computer would generate a badge icon on my zoom app on my phone. That is still happening but now I have the added annoying problem of the badge icons not clearing. I have a badge of 1 even if I have read all my chats. I can make it go away by marking a message as unread and then reading it but as soon as I get another message, the badge is back and doesn’t go away. Anyone else having this issue? I think it started around the time I upgraded to iOS 18.
Speaking of iOS 18, why in the world hasn’t Zoom updated their app icon to support dark mode like every other app maker has? Really makes it seem like the devs don’t know what they are doing.
