Zolzaya Shagdar holds academic degrees in the fields of Computer Science, International Relations and International Business Economics. After her graduation from the Lund University of Sweden, she joined Mogul Service and Support LLC — a professional IT service company in Mongolia — as the Chief Operations Manager, a role that equally combines business skills with technical know-how. In addition to her primary job functions, she has grown passionate about the topics of gender equality, specifically in the ICT sector.
