直接输入66.249.89.104可以打开网页
ping 网关正常 ping dns正常 内网网站可以正常访问
在host文件里加入ip 域名对应关系，可以正常访问
怀疑是tcp/ip协议.重装协议,修复仍然无效，在网络上找到
说是DNS补丁KB951748会导致这种问题于是卸载KB951748重
起机器，系统正常
