Wake-On-Lan tool is designed for troublehsooting of the WakeOnLan problem.
we can use this tool to ensure the Lan adapter is able to recieve the Magic packet
 
Tool #1:
  1. Start Wake-On-LAN Monitor on the target (user) machine;
  2. Start your the Wake-On-Lan program which be used to send out magic packets
  3. Select user's computer and send packet to the tested machine;
  4. Check the data that the monitor captured
  5. We can confirm the Lan adapter can receive the Magic Packet perfertly.
Tool #2:
  1. Start Wake-On-Lan Sniffer on the target(user) machine;
  2. Start your the Wake-On-Lan program which be used to send out magic packets
  3. Select user's computer and send packet to the tested machine;
  4. Check the log that the sniffer catpured
  5. We can confirm the Lan adapter can receive the Magic Packet perfertly.
