毕业后的第一份教育工作就是做一名IT教师,当时学院安排大家学习太极拳,还请了杨氏太极拳的宗师赵双印老师亲自教我们,我们有幸在赵老师的精心教授下学 到了正宗的杨氏太极,开始学习时感到颇为困难,尤其是它不像体操那样可以一目了然,内在的东西太多而且动作的细节也非常之繁杂,但是一旦姿势正确,确实感 到通体气血畅通,练了半年有余就受益匪浅,在北方的石家庄,寒冬腊月在室外无风的天气下,静心习练之,即使身上仅仅穿着保暖内衣,打完一遍太极85式,仍 然感到通体气血沸腾,手掌发热,丝毫不觉凉意。夏季清晨习练之,大汗淋漓但内心平静,老师教完了我们每一个动作,也纠正了每一个动作,自己深感进步极大。 当然赵老师还教了太极剑,惭愧的很,后来没能坚持,只把这杨氏85式太极拳习得在身。现把招式名称罗列如下,供有兴趣的爱好者查询学习:
