CVPR 2025 提交政策

1. 提交政策概述 | Overview of Submission Policies

所有作者都应仔细阅读以下政策，这些政策将指导提交和评审流程。如果未能遵守这些政策，可能会导致投稿被拒绝，或者在双重投稿和抄袭的情况下可能会受到额外的制裁。此外，强烈建议作者查阅道德指南、推荐的最佳实践和常见问题解答。
All authors should carefully review the following policies that govern the submission and review process, as failure to comply with these policies may result in the rejection of your submission as well as possible additional sanctions in the case of dual submissions and plagiarism. In addition, authors are urged to consult ethics guidelines, recommended best practices, and FAQs.

2. 论文格式 | Paper Formatting

论文最多为八页，包括图表，必须符合CVPR格式。附加的仅包含引用的参考文献的页面是允许的。请下载CVPR 2025作者工具包以获取详细的格式说明。
Papers are limited to eight pages, including figures and tables, in the CVPR style. Additional pages containing only cited references are allowed. Please download the CVPR 2025 Author Kit for detailed formatting instructions.

未能正确匿名化、未使用模板，或超过八页（不包括参考文献）的论文将被直接拒绝，不进行评审。
Papers that are not properly anonymized, or do not use the template, or have more than eight pages (excluding references) will be rejected without review.

3. 提交与评审流程 | Submission and Review Process

CVPR 2025 将使用 OpenReview 进行提交管理。与之前的 CVPR 会议一样，评审期间的投稿将仅对其分配的程序委员会成员（高级领域主席、领域主席和评审员）可见。评审意见和作者回复不会公开，也不会在评审期间向公众征求意见。
CVPR 2025 will be using OpenReview to manage submissions. Consistent with the review process for previous CVPR conferences, submissions under review will be visible only to their assigned members of the program committee (senior area chairs, area chairs, and reviewers). The reviews and author responses will never be made public, and we will not be soliciting comments from the general public during the reviewing process.

任何计划作为作者或共同作者提交论文的人都需要在提交截止日期前创建（或更新）他们的 OpenReview 个人资料。
Anyone who plans to submit a paper as an author or a co-author will need to create (or update) their OpenReview profile by the full paper submission deadline.

4. 不可接受的请求 | Unacceptable Requests

程序委员会 (PCs) 面临着大量的提交增长压力，因此他们不会允许以下情况：
PCs are still facing a huge growth in submissions, and for this reason, PCs will NOT:

允许迟交，无论何种原因
Allow late submissions, whatever the reason

Undo OpenReview snarl-ups, whatever the reason

Allow you to change author lists after the paper submission deadline, whatever the reason

5. 保密责任 | Confidentiality Responsibilities

程序委员会的所有成员（包括程序主席、高级领域主席、领域主席和评审员）都被指示对分配的投稿信息保密，不得因任何原因分享或分发材料。
All members of the program committee (program chairs, senior area chairs, area chairs, and reviewers) are instructed to keep all information about their assigned submissions confidential and not to share or distribute materials for any reason.

6. 冲突责任 | Conflict Responsibilities

提交论文的作者或共同作者需要在 OpenReview 个人资料中声明两类冲突——领域冲突和个人冲突。
Anyone who plans to submit a paper as an author or a co-author will need to declare two types of conflicts – domain and personal conflicts – by filling out appropriate sections of their OpenReview profile.

7. 双盲评审 | Double Blind Review

CVPR 评审是双盲的，作者不会知道领域主席或评审员的姓名，反之亦然。
CVPR reviewing is double blind, in that authors do not know the names of the area chairs or reviewers for their papers, and the area chairs/reviewers cannot infer the names of the authors.

8. 抄袭与双重投稿 | Plagiarism and Dual Submissions

CVPR 2025 将严格检查抄袭情况，并且会积极检测双重投稿。违反这些规定将导致拒稿，并通报至其他提交的会议或期刊。
We will be actively checking for plagiarism and dual submissions. Violation of any of these conditions will lead to rejection, and will be reported to the other venue to which the submission was sent.

9. 补充材料提交 | Supplementary Material Submission

作者可以选择提交补充材料，这些材料应该是提交论文时已经准备好的。补充材料可能包括视频、证明、附加图表或表格等。
By the supplementary material deadline, the authors may optionally submit additional material such as videos, proofs, additional figures, or tables.

10. 人员与隐私数据 | Personal and Human Subjects Data

如果论文使用个人数据和/或人类受试者数据，我们期望数据的收集和使用符合道德准则。
If a paper makes use of personal data and/or data from human subjects, we expect that the collection and use of such data has been conducted carefully in accordance with the ethics guidelines.

11. 出版 | Publication

所有被接受的论文将在会议前四周由计算机视觉基金会 (CVF) 公开发布。
All accepted papers will be made publicly available by the Computer Vision Foundation (CVF) four weeks before the conference.
