recyclerView 的分割线。直接贴出工具类。可以直接使用:
用法:在RecyclerView所在的activity里面:

linearLayoutManager.setOrientation(LinearLayoutManager.VERTICAL);
mAllianceHotRv.setLayoutManager(linearLayoutManager);
