模拟器好像是会休眠的，于是，昨天晚上开着的模拟器，今天打开出现了
Android: Failed to convert @drawable/picture into a drawable
这个错误。
我查了下网上，提示说，重新启动下你的工程或者我们的eclipse就可以解决。我也是解决了。
选择工程---点击鼠标右键---选择close progect;
多次这样就好了。
