Android动态控制布局中view的起点

获取到view后调用setY方法，动态设置距离顶部的起始位置

@BindView(R.id.ll_account1)
    LinearLayout mLlAccount;

@Override
    public View onCreateView(LayoutInflater inflater, ViewGroup container,
                             Bundle savedInstanceState) {

        // Inflate the layout for this fragment
        View view = inflater.inflate(R.layout.fragment_account, container, false);
        ButterKnife.bind(this, view);
        mLlAccount.setY(ToolbarHeight);
        return view;
