解决方案

  2. 众所周知，安装jupyterlab的插件需要以下几步
  2. 安装一个插件jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
    pip install jupyter_contrib_nbextensions
  3. 配置 nbextension
    jupyter contrib nbextension install --user
  4. 安装toc
    jupyter labextension install @jupyterlab/toc

就是说去nvm的安装目录下，找一个settings.txt

    然后保存，再开cmd运行nvm install 14.15.3 64-bit
    诶~就很舒服。安装完之后记得选择这个使用嗷：nvm use 14.15.3
