或英文提示：
the resource you requested is no longer available from the servers or the specified userno longer has access to it
故障原因：
服务器刚启动，相关服务还没有启动起来，就点击应用程序，才会提示。
解决方案：
建议服务器启动后十分钟再进行相关远程操作
方法二：如果重启后仍不能使用，打开services.msc,手工重启 citrix services manager服务
