P6 550 8204E8A 客户配置：是4C/2个CPU板，第一个内存板上4条1G（2,4-7,9上插着）,第二个内存板上8条1G插满了，客户想再升级4G内存。

---销售订了两条4G的内存，因为手册上说不同容量的内存不能混插，把第一个内存板上原来的4条1G内存去掉，换上新的2条4G加上后，新加的内存在ASMI里面显示Deconfig，试着直接把Deconfig改成config，提示不能生效。手册上说2个内存板时内存需要4条添加。

--销售又订了4条2G的，和4条1G的内存，再去客户处安装，把第一个内存板上原来的4条1G内存去掉，换上新的4条2G加上后，新加的内存在ASMI里面显示Deconfig，现在怀疑是新加的内存微码和机器不匹配？

--只不执行第二种方案了，把第一个内存板上原来的4条1G内存再插上，把4条1G的也加上后，新加的内存在ASMI里面显示config，说明认到了，在内存选项里显示已配置16G,configed 也是16G.

此环境是P550联接了HMC,需要在HMC里把动态内存分配给相应的profile，需要进入系统后不会立刻认到，需要重启操作系统才会认到刚才动态添加的内存。

Multiple processor cards, memory plugged in quads
Memory should be balanced on each processor card, unless you have an odd number of memory modules.

o                                Plug the second quad of memory modules in slots P1-Cn-C1, P1-Cn-C3, P1-Cn-C6, and P1-Cn-C8 on each processor card.
