自己创建一个springmvc工程的步骤

1，在web.xml下面创建DispatcherServlet，已经导入总的xml整合文件，还有启动级别。路劲不能加*， *进不去jsp文件

   <servlet>
        <servlet-name>springmvc</servlet-name>
        <servlet-class>org.springframework.web.servlet.DispatcherServlet</servlet-class>
        <init-param>
            <param-name>contextConfigLocation</param-name>
            <param-value>classpath:applicationContext.xml</param-value>
        </init-param>
        <load-on-startup>1</load-on-startup>
    </servlet>
    <servlet-mapping>
        <servlet-name>springmvc</servlet-name>
        <url-pattern>/</url-pattern>
    </servlet-mapping>

2，wed.xml下面设置乱码过滤。CharacterEncodingFilter，这里就需要*

    <filter>
        <filter-name>ecoding</filter-name>
        <filter-class>org.springframework.web.filter.CharacterEncodingFilter</filter-class>
        <init-param>
            <param-name>ecoding</param-name>
            <param-value>utf-8</param-value>
        </init-param>
    </filter>
    <filter-mapping>
        <filter-name>ecoding</filter-name>
        <url-pattern>/*</url-pattern>
    </filter-mapping>

3,去写applicationContext.xml文件

1.自动扫描包、支持注解驱动、让SpringMVC不在处理静态资源

2.视图简析器,需要在建立一个jsp包,InternalResourceViewResolver

    </bean>

3.还需要配置上JSON乱码问题的处理
