Rick Killpack is Director of Products managing the global product management team for OpenText NetIQ business.
Rick Killpack is a business professional with over 25 years of experience in building and executing on new products, services and routes to market. Rick has a proven track record in assisting some of the largest Security ISVs, Cloud Service Providers, System Integrators and Global Service providers develop new software services, managed services, IT outsourcing offerings and business advisory services.
With Rick’s business acumen — combined with deep technical capabilities — complemented with strong sales and communication skills, Rick has a unique ability to translate technical requirements to business outcomes. This allows him to work closely with business managers and executives to understand enterprise needs and then translate to technical requirements that can be consumed by architects, engineering services and operations teams.
Working closely with the largest service providers in the world, Rick has gained hands-on experience helping enterprises looking to move application and data into public and private clouds, implement or use IoT/OT networks, 5G environments, enterprise CI/CD groups, cybersecurity services and off-cloud IT operations and security requirements.
