Bio
Kevin Crockett is the Head of Strategic Product Management and Delivery for merchant authentication solutions, which is a part of Visa’s Risk and Identity Solutions organization. His team is focused on the development of products that allow merchants to process more transactions, securely, while providing a best-in-class experience to consumers. This includes various forms of CNP authentication solutions, including support of EMV 3DS across 12 card schemes globally, Data-Only programs, native mobile SDKs, and FIDO / biometric authentication capabilities.
Prior to his current role in Product, Kevin spent 9 years defining and leading Cardinal’s global customer services team, aimed at helping merchants implement and continuously optimize their authentication strategies.
