Going Passwordless: from Passkeys to Biometric

Organizations attempting to go passwordless with a one-size-fits-all approach are often met with challenges that lead to lower adoption or poor user experience, which is contrary to the promise of an enhanced UX with FIDO. This is largely due to a lack of understanding of the wide variety of authentication journeys. In this session we will share good practices and our customers’ experience of overcoming this challenge.
