WCIT: World Congress on Innovation & Technology

WCIT is an annual conference organized by WITSA. Information sharing on industry trends, issue studies, and business exchanges take place.

WITSA is comprised of ICT trade associations from approximately 70 countries around the world.

WCIT is a forum where many policy makers, industry leaders, and industry peers from various countries gather to exchange ideas.

It is considered a good opportunity to network with peers in Malaysia and other countries.

Mr. Rudi Lumanto : a panelist for the ”Protecting People and Societies from the Dangers in Cyberspace, WCIT 2022 Malaysia Fusionex Hall

Mr. Rudi Lumanto is the Founder and Advisor of IDNSA (Indonesia Network Security Association), an independent organization established in 2011 that focusing on take a part on improving community security awareness. Rudi is the former chairman of Id-SIRTII/CC, the national CSIRT of Indonesia, from 2011 to March 2020. He has worked for the Agency for the Application and Assessment of Technology (BPPT), Ministry of Communication and Information Technology then for the National Cyber and Crypto Agency (BSSN) since 1988 to March 2020. Currently he is also a Lecturer at the Postgraduate School of Information Security, Faculty of Engineering, University of Indonesia, and also Member of the Expert Council of the IDCARE Center (Indonesian Cyber Awareness and Resilience Center), University of Indonesia. He was also a Judge for the OIC-CERT Global Cybersecurity Award. Rudi Lumanto holds a Bachelor of Engineering, Master of Engineering and PhD degree from Japan. He is the awardee of ITU Asia Japan Award 2020.
