Description
The APS eSELFSERVE mobile app provides employees with convenient and secure access to important tools and information.
Employees can easily view their personal information, pay stubs, tax forms, and work schedule. In addition, employees can quickly clock in and out, and request time off.
Please note that the eSELFSERVE mobile app is only available to authorized customers of APS.

Difficult to get tech support
I frequently have to close out the app or even log out to clock in and out. I do not find it user friendly. I can’t find where to see the total hours for the pay period.
In trying to get tech support I’ve called and chatted to no avail. I email and the only response I got was from a sales person.
I’m not impressed with the updated platform for the support, or lack there of.
Update is terrible
The update is terrible. It used to show how many hours I worked to date for the week. Never had problems with showing clock ins and clock outs. Last night it appeared as though I didn’t clock out. Came in this morning and I had. Just looked and can’t find my hours for yesterday at all. Fix the app. Nothing was wrong until the update. New format looks good but the problems you have introduced make the app almost unusable. Fix it now!
Stopped Working on iPhone 13 and iPad
Worked fine for two months then stopped working. On my iPhone, app lets me in then fails completely and disappears. On my new iPad, it lets me in but is completely frozen. And I’m not the only one at work who has this problem.
